Goldring introduces the latest member of its moving coil cartridge family, the Eroica HX. As part of the award-winning Eroica range, this high-output, high-performance cartridge simplifies the upgrade process from moving magnet to moving coil cartridges. Its standout capability is delivering the superior audio performance expected from a moving coil cartridge while being compatible with a moving magnet input. The Eroica HX features a new pure-iron cross-armature for low crosstalk and effective channel separation, alongside ultra-fine enamelled copper windings that allow for high output and impedance matching. It includes a Gyger II diamond stylus that can trace frequencies up to 50kHz with minimal distortion. Housed in a lightweight Pocan® composite casing, the Eroica HX ensures structural rigidity and sonic neutrality.
